UKG Wallet
UKG Wallet is a benefit that allows our team members to access a portion of their pay before payday.
Effective October 2025, UKG Wallet replaced DailyPay. UKG Wallet is a voluntary, on-demand pay solution that allows team members to access a portion of their earned wages before payday.
How It Works
With UKG Wallet, you can access a percentage of the money you’ve worked for but haven’t been paid yet. The money that you access is deducted from your next paycheck, giving you flexibility to pay for things on your own schedule.

UKG Wallet is conveniently located within the UKG platform and offers users:

- Special discounts
- And more!
* On-Demand pay is launching in a phased approach. If you don’t have access yet, your group will launch soon. You can still use the other great features UKG Wallet offers.
UKG Wallet can make things more convenient for you by:
- Giving you access to money you’ve worked for but haven’t been paid yet.
- Providing you with a no-fee option to access money from your bank account or a UKG Visa debit card with a direct deposit of $200 or more per pay period.
- Offering you a lower-cost option than a traditional credit card to access money through a Visa debit card without direct deposit, Visa+ Wallet (including Venmo and PayPal), other debit/payroll cards or Walmart cash pickup.
